1. Deposit:
When booking a vehicle, a deposit of £40 is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated to you during the booking process.
All deposits paid are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or failure to fulfill the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the cancelation is due to use our service being unavailable. We will ensure you're placed back in the diary at the earliest date possible or a full refund will be issued.
2. Personal Belongings:
Upon arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that your car is empty of all personal belongings that you wish to keep. We recommend removing all valuable items, documents, and personal effects from the vehicle before handing it over for service.
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the removal and safekeeping of personal belongings.
